The Deputy Compliance Officer is Ingimar Tómas Ragnarsson, legal counsel. Ingimar Tómas holds a Mag. jur. degree from the University of Iceland and participated in an exchange program at KU Leuven. The Compliance is responsible for ensuring that the provisions of laws regarding the handling of insider information and executive trading are properly enforced within the company.
